Ever have one of those stabbing headaches?

Ever the courteous gent, I was assisting Her Grace, Eva Bellambi, in getting some action shots of the Death of Lien Bao, the ancient Chinese Sorceror who is one of the primary antagonists of the RETURN TO FUSANG shared universe story currently coming to a rousing conclusion on Scéal an Ghamhna Bhuí HERE and HERE as well as the Ortega Chronicles HERE. The saga, set in a Victorian Fantastical version of China called "The Celestial Kingdom", will only run a few more episodes in various blogs before drawing to a conclusive ending.

In any event, it was a solemn moment, the Warrior Duchess inadvertently had attacked the ancient Chinese sorcerer with the ONE thing that could have harmed him-- the "cold cold iron" that is "the ruler of them all".. her family sword, made from the star-metal. A solemn moment, indeed when a 400 year old evil Wu-Jen passes from this realm...

that is, until he stands up after the dramatic photo session. Ahem.
